You will guide concept through construction, perform calculations, and coordinate with architects, electrical, plumbing, and structural teams.

You will mentor junior staff, support client relationships, and stay current with decarbonization and energy-efficiency strategies while using Revit/BIM workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 7+ years designing HVAC and mechanical systems for diverse facilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and deliver HVAC and mechanical systems for building projects.
• Perform engineering calculations, system sizing, and equipment selection.
• Prepare specs, reports, and cost estimates; support construction, coordination, and reviews.
• Lead tasks across multidisciplinary teams and mentor junior staff.
• Present recommendations to clients and resolve design issues.
