STV, Inc. in Boston is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to lead the design and delivery of building mechanical systems. You will guide projects from concept through construction, coordinating with architects, engineers, and clients, and mentoring BIM staff.

The role requires 13+ years of HVAC design experience, a PE license, and strong Revit/BIM proficiency to ensure code-compliant, energy-efficient solutions across diverse public and private sector projects.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required. Minimum of 13 years of relevant experience in HVAC and mechanical systems design for various facilities.
• Demonstrated experience leading mechanical design tasks and mentoring junior staff.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, building automation, energy-efficient building systems, and code compliance.

• Plan, design, and deliver HVAC and mechanical systems for building-focused projects.
• Develop mechanical design concepts and perform calculations, sizing, and equipment selections.
• Prepare construction documents, design reports, specifications, and cost estimates.
