Responsibilities

• Lead engineering assessments of components, structures, and integrated systems for performance, cost, and weight improvements.
• Engage with customers to understand priorities, communicate findings, and propose practical solutions.
• Develop and present recommendations to technical and executive audiences; drive cross-functional problem-solving.
• Lead cross-functional problem-solving efforts across engineering, design, manufacturing, and business perspectives.
• Coordinate project deliverables, manage timelines, and ensure alignment with customer expectations.
