Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in mechanical engineering, structural systems or related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and teams.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to customers and executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering assessments of mechanical components, structures and systems.
• Present technical findings and recommendations to customers and executives.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project activities across engineering, design, and manufacturing.
• Mentor engineers and guide project deliverables to meet objectives.
• Engage with clients to understand priorities and solve problems.
