Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• 7+ years of relevant program management experience in engineering services or related field.
• Experience leading complex, customer-facing technical programs with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management.
• Proven ability to develop or improve PMO processes and governance.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex customer engagements from kickoff through completion, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, resources, and customer expectations.
• Serve as primary customer contact, maintaining accountability for commitments and deliverables.
• Partner with Sr. Manager – Programs & Personnel to drive program execution and resource coordination.
• Develop and improve PMO processes, governance, and performance metrics for project visibility and profitability.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, Business Development to meet commitments.
• Maintain accurate program schedules, documentation, time tracking, and reporting; communicate status and risks to customers and leadership.
