You will personally design and review complex mechanical and electromechanical systems, mentor engineers, and contribute to manufacturing-process development across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional engineering experience.
• Strong technical judgment and hands-on problem solving.
• Experience with complex mechanical/electromechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior technical resource for challenging projects.
• Design complex mechanical systems using SolidWorks and CAD tools.
• Select bearings, gears, actuators, sensors, and related hardware.
• Lead design reviews, assess risks, and mentor engineers.
• Troubleshoot problems during development, assembly, and testing.
