Job summary

Top Tier Resources in West Covina, CA, is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to lead development and improvements of new and existing products. You will work with the engineering team to design systems that meet product management standards and ensure high quality.

The role requires hands-on 3D CAD, tolerancing, prototyping, and thorough documentation. Experience with BOM/routings, flow analysis, and FEA/DFX is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years plus of mechanical design experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, master’s degree is a plus
• Strong knowledge of mechanical design including metals and plastics
• Flow Analysis, DFX, FMEA and FEA
• 3D modeling software
• Competency in safety

Responsibilities

• Maintain documentation to support design records and support company patents.
