With 8+ years in product development and design leadership, you will drive cost targets, analyze processes, and collaborate with Design, Purchasing, and suppliers to realize cost efficiencies while supporting Honda’s goals for value and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field required.
• 8+ years in product development and design team leadership.
• Experience with cost analysis and optimization for parts/cost planning.
• Familiarity with CATIA, Excel, and PowerPoint for analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Generate accurate cost estimates for parts and processes.
• Validate cost targets and propose cost-optimization options.
• Lead cost discussion events at layout and drawing checks.
• Support parts cost/investment discussions with the department.
• Collaborate with Design, Purchasing, and Suppliers on cost strategies.
