Qualifications

• Accredited engineering degree in mechanical/structural discipline.
• 10+ years progressive mechanical/structural engineering experience leading complex assignments.
• Strong CAD skills in 3D/2D drawing software (Inventor/AutoCAD/SolidWorks).

Responsibilities

• Plan, conceptualize, and create mechanical designs aligned with product, quality, manufacturability and business objectives.
• Serve as SME for complex mechanical and structural systems and guidance on design decisions.
• Develop and review drawings, layouts, assemblies, and installation documents.
• Lead project teams through complex technical challenges, identify risks and milestones.
• Mentor and develop engineers and technical staff with coaching and support on complex engineering matters.
• Provide direction for drafting and ensure compliance with standards and tolerances.
