Job summary

HCLTech is seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to contribute to the development of advanced semiconductor equipment. Based in Beverly, MA, the role requires hands-on design work, CAD expertise, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Initial training in Plainview, NY for two months is noted. Candidates should have a BE/BTech/BS in Mechanical Engineering and experience with 3D CAD systems and PLM tools.

Qualifications

• Experience with 3D CAD systems (SolidWorks, Inventor, ProE) is required.
• BE/BTech/BS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with SAP or similar PLM system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mechanical design and development with 5+ years of experience in Semiconductor/High-tech/SPE industry.
• Design and detailing of capital equipment components and assemblies.
• Perform analytical studies and perform FEM where needed.
• Prepare mechanical design specifications based on customer requirements.
