Job summary

Qualifications

• BS, MS or PhD in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Strong CAD experience with SolidWorks, Inventor, ProE or similar 3D CAD systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in mechanical engineering principles, design tools, and semiconductor equipment technologies.
• Support design and development of mechanical systems, vacuum assemblies, and precision components for wafer processing equipment.
• Perform engineering analyses: heat transfer, structural mechanics, fluid flow, motion systems.
• Support prototype assembly, testing, debugging, and design verification.
• Prepare presentations and participate in technical reviews; incorporate feedback to improve designs.
