Job summary

The role requires a BE/BTech/BS in Mechanical Engineering and 5+ years in semiconductor design, with SolidWorks/Inventor/ProE experience and SAP/PLM familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in Semiconductor/high-tech equipment design.
• Proficiency with 3D CAD systems (SolidWorks, Inventor, ProE) and PLM/SAP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop mechanical designs for vacuum vessels, wafer handling, and motion mechanisms.
• Ensure design quality, reliability, and manufacturability within cost targets.
• Create and release ECOs, support procurement and manufacturing teams.
• Perform analyses (structure, thermal, dynamics) and document test plans and results.
• Prepare design concepts and present to internal/external stakeholders.
