Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in related industries with 2+ years in supervisory roles.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in FTA, FMEA, CAD, CAE, and product development processes.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and approving engineering deliverables to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Leading root cause analysis and problem-solving for development and production issues.
• Managing and mentoring team members, assigning workloads, and fostering professional growth.
• Facilitating effective communication across departments and with external partners.
• Driving process improvements and standardization of engineering methods.
• Participating in hiring, performance evaluations, and workforce planning.
• Supporting project schedules and contributing to management activities.
