Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years in related fields (Powersports or Automotive preferred).
- 2+ years in supervisory roles emphasizing leadership and people management.
- Proficiency with CAD, FTA, FMEA and product development tools; able to handle confidential information.
Responsibilities
- Review design specifications and lead problem-solving for development and production issues.
- Supervise design teams across multiple projects; allocate resources and coach team members.
- Facilitate cross-department communication and represent the team with management and suppliers.
- Drive process improvements, promote best practices, lead hiring and performance evaluations; support goal setting.
