Job summary

Qualifications
- BS in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
- Recent professional experience with Solid Modeling software.
- 7+ years of engineering experience in Product Development or related fields.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mechanical and electromechanical components using physics, mechanics, heat transfer, and materials science.
- Own the full new product development process from problem definition to product release.
- Develop engineering specifications, concept brainstorms, design reviews, and prototypes.
- Develop test plans, conduct field tests, and incorporate customer feedback.
- Collaborate with teams across the business to ensure successful product launches.
- Work with in-house patent attorney to file patents for new concepts.
