Job summary

Massman Companies is seeking a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer at the ADCO site in Sanger, CA. The role leads complex design projects, mentors junior designers, and drives improvements across CAD models, drawings, and assemblies. You will ensure designs meet functionality, manufacturability, and cost objectives.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in mechanical design or related field and 5–8+ years of CAD/design experience with complex projects, with SolidWorks preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical design, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5–8+ years of relevant CAD/design experience with complex projects
• Proficiency in CAD software and 3D modeling, SolidWorks preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead complex design projects and mentor junior designers.
• Drive design improvements and ensure manufacturability and cost objectives.
• Produce and review CAD models, drawings, and assemblies.
