Job summary

Massman Companies is hiring for Electrical Controls at our ADCO site in Sanger, CA. The role focuses on designing, modifying, and optimizing PLC programs, integrating complex control systems, and troubleshooting high-level issues.

You will provide leadership in machine setup, debugging, and customer service both in-house and on-site, mentoring junior team members along the way. A strong background in schematics, motion control, and safety is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in controls, automation, or electrical assembly.
• Proven PLC programming (Allen-Bradley preferred) and HMI development experience.

• Design, modify, and optimize PLC programs and control systems.
• Troubleshoot high-level electrical controls issues and mentor junior members.
