Job summary

MBC Aerosol Filling Machinery seeks a Senior Mechanical Machine Design Engineer to lead cradle-to-grave automated packaging machinery design, from kickoff to production, and to support service, shop, and sales teams as needed. You will work with mechanical and electrical engineers to deliver high-quality products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or 5+ years designing automated machinery.
• Proficient with SolidWorks 3D CAD software and creating 3D models/drawings.
• Experience with automated packaging machinery and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Mechanical machine design using SolidWorks to create 3D models and drawings.
• Research new materials/concepts for legacy and future designs.
• Cradle to grave mechanical design and maintain engineering records.
• Release designs using ERP systems and collaborate with engineers, sales, and service.
• Support customers on technical matters and assist service with queries.
• Ensure safety practices and company standards are followed.
