Lead mechanical system design for diverse building projects including HVAC, geothermal, plumbing, and energy-efficient technologies.
Collaborate with architects and cross-functional engineers to deliver innovative, client-focused solutions.
Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical direction and peer review.
Perform energy modeling and life cycle cost analysis to support sustainability goals.
Ensure designs meet applicable codes, sustainability certifications (e.g., LEED), and best practices.
Engage with clients and project stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into practical recommendations.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (PE license preferred).
7+ years of experience in building mechanical systems design (HVAC, plumbing, thermal systems).
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and energy modeling software (e.g., Trane TRACE, EnergyPlus, or similar).
Strong knowledge of local codes, ASHRAE standards, and sustainable design principles.
Excellent communication and leadership skills with a desire to grow within a mission-driven organization.
