Job summary

DynaTen Corporation in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Senior Superintendent to lead multiple large or complex project teams responsible for the safe, timely installation of commercial HVAC, plumbing, piping, and related mechanical systems. The role converts project requirements into executable work plans, develops field talent, and coordinates closely with project and trade partners.

This position reports to the General Superintendent.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of commercial mechanical construction experience with field leadership.
• Ability to plan labor and materials, read project schedules, and lead safe installations.
• Strong knowledge of drawings, specifications, codes, testing requirements, and quality standards.
• OSHA 30-hour Construction credential and relevant certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple large or complex project teams on HVAC, plumbing, piping and related mechanical systems.
• Develop field work plans using drawings, schedules, budgets, and jobsite constraints.
• Plan manpower, tools, access, prefabrication, deliveries, and work areas for reliable production.
• Coordinate with project management, general contractors, other trades, vendors, inspectors, and commissioning teams.
• Verify installations against drawings, specs, codes and submittals; drive timely corrections.
• Coach employees, assign work, document performance, and address conduct issues.
• Lead pre-task planning, job hazard analysis, toolbox talks, and safety practices.
