Job summary

DynaTen Corporation in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead mechanical and plumbing construction projects, from planning through completion, ensuring safety, quality, schedule and budget.

You will supervise project teams, coordinate with field staff and design BIM/VDC teams, prepare budgets, change orders, and cost reports, and drive margin improvements while maintaining strong client and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in PM for mechanical/plumbing contractor or related construction firm
• Experience managing $20M+ projects
• 8 years reading building codes (IBC/IMC/IPC) & local North Texas requirements
• 8 years BIM/VDC coordination, prefabrication, & commissioning
• Expertise in GMP, Lump Sum, and Cost-Plus billing
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Pass a background check, drug screening, and MVR

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial mechanical/plumbing construction projects of varying size and complexity
• Ensure projects finish on time and within budget per plans and contract requirements
• Collaborate with field supervision, design teams, BIM/Prefab teams for project execution
• Prepare schedule of values, budgets, cost codes, change orders, and payments
• Oversee project financials including billings, forecasts, and cost control
• Maintain safety standards and contract compliance
• Mentor staff and develop project teams
• Maintain client and vendor relationships and resolve conflicts
