U.S. Engineering Innovations seeks a Superintendent to lead on-site mechanical installation projects, guiding field teams through all phases of construction to achieve safety, schedule, and budget goals.

The role requires strong leadership, coordination with internal and external partners, and the ability to interpret drawings, optimize methods, and ensure profitability across multiple sites with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in construction-related field or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in mechanical construction experience.
• Experience in project management or field leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance, interpret drawings, and recommend construction methods and equipment.
• Build relationships with the project team, providing leadership and guidance.
• Responsible for project profitability through field performance and site expenditures.
• Assess risk factors to meet safety, schedule and quality expectations.
• Complete some paperwork, though much is done digitally with internal workflows.
