Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication to manage site teams.
• Experience managing construction on urban sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of construction work in line with contract docs and codes.
• Document and maintain reports for delays, shutdowns, and tie-ins.
• Resolve on-site disputes; lead and inspire the team.
• Maintain relationships with customers, subcontractors and vendors.
• Quality assurance for MSS scope and schedule.
• Attend inspections on projects assigned.
• Manage tool tracking and project equipment needs.
• Forecast labor and equipment for projects.
• Organize labor to complete jobs on time and budget.
• Read blueprints and equipment manuals.
• Solve complex on-site problems with the team.
• Liaise with client representatives.
• Report project progress weekly to management.
• Ensure safety on assigned project with safety manager.
• Coordinate daily operations with project managers.
• Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and labor quality.
