Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years in construction industry.
• Experience as a top-level manager overseeing projects, schedules, budgets, and teams.
• Experience on senior leadership or strategic planning teams.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to travel extensively to job sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee profitability and overall success of assigned project teams.
• Recruit, develop, and mentor site teams; manage performance.
• Build relationships with owners, clients, contractors, and vendors.
• Monitor KPIs and drive corrective actions.
• Lead procurement review, contract administration, and risk analysis.
