Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Science Management, Architectural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Business Management preferred.
  • Extensive construction industry experience; minimum 15 years.
  • Experience as a top-level manager overseeing projects, schedules, budgets, and teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage assigned site teams, including recruitment, performance and development.
  • Foster relationships with project owners, clients, contractors, and vendors to leverage opportunities.
  • Oversee profitability and KPI performance across projects; implement recovery plans as needed.
  • Ensure project goals: profitability, cash flow, customer satisfaction, and manufacturing targets.
  • Develop on-site plans and collaborate with off-site teams throughout project lifecycles.
