Job summary

Pacmarhawaii is seeking a Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee mechanical construction projects from initiation through completion. This role leads Superintendents, Project Engineers, Estimators, and support staff to deliver projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and per contract requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years in project management within construction, a Bachelor's in Engineering or Construction Management, and the ability to obtain TWIC/DBIDS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in construction.
• Valid Hawaii Driver's License.
• Ability to obtain TWIC and DBIDS credentials.
• Successful completion of post-offer drug screening and background check.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of assigned projects in accordance with plans, specs, schedules, budgets, and contract requirements.
• Review drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs and other project documentation for completeness and compliance.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, and regulators.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and monitor progress.
• Obtain and evaluate material, equipment, and subcontractor quotations.
• Monitor project costs and support budgeting, forecasting, and change orders.
