Job summary

U.S. Engineering Construction seeks a Project Manager to oversee construction projects from start-up through final closeout. You will manage estimates, purchasing, subcontracts, schedules, and on-site supervision to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee project start-up, estimate review, purchasing, procurement, subcontracts and submittals.
• Monitor on-site construction through supervision to ensure quality on schedule and within budget.
• Establish project objectives, procedures and performance standards per company policies.
• Manage subcontractor proposals, scope reviews and subcontracts issuance.
• Coordinate safety programs and job site safety reviews.
• Lead project closeouts and post-project documentation.
