Job summary

U.S. Engineering seeks an Executive Project Manager to oversee profitability and success for major projects while contributing to strategic planning and policy development.

You will lead a project team, coordinate procurement, subcontracts, and schedules, and foster client and vendor relationships. The role demands extensive mechanical construction experience, top-level management background, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of field and leadership experience.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in mechanical construction.
• Top-level management experience overseeing projects, schedules, budgets, and teams.
• Diverse PM experience across mechanical construction projects (commercial, industrial, institutional).
• Experience on senior leadership/strategic planning teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project start-up, procurement, subcontracts and schedules to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Direct field and office personnel to execute project plans and uphold quality within budget.
• Set objectives, procedures and performance standards per company policy and SOPs.
• Manage project profitability and client/vendor relationships; review submittals and contracts.
• Develop and monitor CPM schedules and project closeout processes.
