Job summary

U.S. Engineering Innovations is seeking a Project Manager to lead mechanical installation projects from kickoff to completion. You will oversee teams on site and with partners to deliver safe, on-time, on-budget results and strong client outcomes.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in mechanical construction, excellent communication, and the ability to manage risk and budget. A degree in a related field is preferred, with a comprehensive benefits package and potential for performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in construction science, architectural engineering, or mechanical engineering preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical construction or related field.
• Experience assisting with project management or field leadership is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review the estimate and initiate tasks related to project kickoff.
• Build relationships with the project team and outside partners, providing leadership and guidance.
• Review the financial picture and present an impressive project forecast.
• Assess risk factors to meet safety, schedule, and quality expectations.
• Handle paperwork, much of which is completed digitally with internal workflows.
