U.S. Engineering Construction is seeking a Project Manager – Construction to oversee profitability and success of multi‑million dollar mechanical projects. You’ll manage estimates, procurement, subcontracts, and schedules from start to finish.

You will lead a project team, coordinate with clients and vendors, and ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery while upholding safety and quality standards. A bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of mechanical construction experience are preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science Management, Architectural Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• Equivalent combination of mechanical field and leadership experience will be considered.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical construction industry.
• Prior experience in role assisting with project management or field leadership preferred.
• Knowledge of CPM scheduling and project control is a plus.

Mansioni

• Oversee project start-up, estimates review, purchasing, subcontracts and schedules.
• Monitor project through on-site supervision to meet schedule and budget.
• Establish objectives, procedures, and performance standards.
• Manage subcontractor proposals and progress.
• Coordinate safety, QA/QC, commissioning and closeout.
