Job summary

IAPMO is seeking a Mechanical Construction Project Manager to lead commercial mechanical projects from preconstruction through completion. The candidate will manage HVAC, plumbing, piping, and other mechanical systems on complex projects, coordinating with owners, GCs, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.

Responsibilities include schedules, budgets, contracts, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and ensuring quality, safety, and schedule performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of mechanical construction PM experience.
• Commercial construction experience required.
• Strong HVAC/mechanical systems knowledge.
• Proven leadership and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, and execution.
• Coordinate with owners, GCs, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Review plans, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Oversee project financials, procurement, manpower, and materials.
• Drive quality, safety, and schedule performance.
