Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction experience on mega/high-tech projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Experience with pre-construction activities (equipment buyout, subcontracts).
• Familiarity with design software: AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pre-construction tasks including equipment buyout and scrubbing drawings for trades alignment.
• Own project scope documentation and cross-team alignment.
• Facilitate training and run startup meetings with large teams.
• Review submittals and manage RFIs for the project.
• Scope will include dry/wet mechanical, plumbing or fire protection systems.
