The role requires 10+ years on mega/high-tech builds and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks, with strong coordination across teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction experience on mega/high-tech projects.
• Experience with bid solicitation from subcontractors and pre-construction activities.
• Experience with design software such as AutoCAD, Revit and Navisworks.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

• Complete pre-construction tasks including equipment buyout and scrubbing drawings.
• Take full ownership of project scope and ensure proper documentation.
• Coordinate across all teams and partners, including regulatory stakeholders.
• Facilitate startup meetings with hundreds of teammates.
• Review submittals and manage RFIs.
• Manage scope for dry/wet mechanical, plumbing or fire protection systems.
