Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Construction Manager to lead the mechanical package on a multi-billion-dollar, high-tech manufacturing project in Boise, Idaho. You will own the project from preconstruction through field execution, coordinating dry mechanical, wet mechanical, plumbing, or fire protection systems and aligning with subcontractors, drawings, RFIs, and submittals.

The role requires hands-on leadership, Procore/Bluebeam/Navisworks experience, and strong coordination across trades.

Qualifications

10+ years of construction experience on mega-projects/high-tech construction.
Deep experience with mechanical building systems (plumbing, dry/wet mechanical, fire protection).
Preconstruction experience including subcontractor bids, equipment buyout, drawing review.
Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6.
Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks.
Strong subcontractor, stakeholder, and cross-functional coordination.
Preferred: Bachelor’s in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

Own preconstruction through field execution for dry/wet mechanical, plumbing, or fire protection systems.
Coordinate subcontractors, drawings, RFIs, submittals, equipment buyout, and startup meetings.
Maintain thorough project documentation and overall coordination with technical teams.
Lead cross-functional coordination across trades to meet project milestones.
Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, and design software to manage scope and changes.
