Job summary

Kelso Industries is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead on-site construction projects across our nationwide client base. You will oversee daily operations, manage field teams, and collaborate with project management to ensure schedules, safety standards, and quality controls are met from kickoff to closeout.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in construction supervision, strong safety knowledge, and the ability to lead multiple teams while maintaining a focus on efficiency,

Qualifications

• Previous experience and proven track record as a construction superintendent for a trade Mullins self-performs, or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of safety, quality, and health guidelines for construction sites.
• Ability to lead and inspire teams and manage complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite construction as a unified, collaborative team.
• Coordinate day-to-day operations of assigned projects.
• Manage field duties on medium to complex projects and multiple crews.
• Create and maintain project schedules with the PM.
• Lead new hire jobsite introductions and training.
