Kelso Industries is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead on-site construction teams across multiple projects. The role focuses on safety, quality, scheduling, and effective collaboration with project management and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Experience as a construction superintendent for a trade Mullins self-performs or similar role.
• Knowledge of safety, quality and health guidelines for construction sites.
• In-depth understanding of construction operations and processes.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Proficiency with MS Office and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage onsite construction as a unified, collaborative team.
• Coordinate and oversee day-to-day operations of assigned projects.
• Manage field responsibilities on medium to complex projects and multiple teams.
• Collaborate with the PM to create and maintain the project schedule.
• Lead new hire jobsite introductions and training, and assign jobs.
• Conduct direct report employee reviews annually or as needed.
• Collaborate with estimating team to plan and provide technical guidance.
• Ensure safety policies are enforced; submit incident reports when needed.
• Prepare two-week look-ahead schedules with the PM.
