Job summary

Kelso Industries is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead onsite construction projects assigned to Mullins Mechanical work. You will oversee safety, quality, schedule, and coordination with PMs and subcontractors to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.

The role requires a proven track record in construction leadership, strong knowledge of safety standards, and hands-on project management.

Qualifications

• Must have proven construction superintendent experience or similar role.
• Knowledge of safety, quality, and health guidelines for construction job sites.
• Deep understanding of construction operations and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage onsite construction as a unified and collaborative team
• Coordinate day-to-day operations of assigned projects
• Develop and maintain the project schedule with the PM
• Lead safety and quality control program at the site daily
• Organize weekly project meetings with foremen and subcontractors
• Review contract documents and ensure compliance with plans and specs
• Oversee material management and procurement under PM guidance
• Maintain accurate field logs and reports and communicate delays or risks
