Kelso Industries is seeking a Construction Electrical Superintendent to lead on-site electrical operations for commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects. You will coordinate crews, read plans, and ensure safety, quality, and on-schedule delivery while mentoring field personnel.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Florida Journeyman Electrician license.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Legal to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and schedule daily electrical field activities.
• Ensure work complies with NEC, state and local codes and safety standards.
• Mentor electricians, foremen, and subcontractors on-site.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project plans.
• Coordinate workflow with PMs and other superintendents to resolve field issues.
• Monitor progress, materials, and labor to maintain productivity and budget.
• Chair safety meetings and enforce OSHA and company protocols.
• Identify delays or change orders and address them proactively.
• Maintain daily logs, progress tracking, and inspection documentation.
• Communicate clearly with clients, inspectors, engineers, and teams.
