Job summary

Kelso Industries is seeking an experienced Project Executive in the United States to lead mega construction projects from inception to completion. You will mentor Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and Assistants, guiding them to deliver profitable, on-schedule outcomes while building strong client relationships.

Based on project locations nationwide, you will oversee budgeting, scheduling, and change management to ensure safety, quality, and productivity across high-profile initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Industrial Construction/mega projects.
• Proven leadership of Senior PMs, PMs, and ADMs.
• Budgeting, scheduling, cost control, and contract familiarity.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and guide Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and Assistant Project Managers.
• Oversee high-profile and complex projects with executive oversight.
• Collaborate with leaders to allocate resources and meet schedules.
• Attend hand-off meetings to gather essential project information.
• Review and approve budgets, SVs, and owner billing.
• Actively manage project schedules, budgets, and profitability.
• Approve subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders.
• Review monthly billing and invoices; manage scope changes.
