Kelso Industries is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join Mullins Mechanical on various project sites. You will lead onsite construction, coordinate daily operations, and manage field teams to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

This role requires strong leadership, proactive communication, and a proven track record in managing medium to complex projects while collaborating with PMs and subcontractors to deliver successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a construction superintendent on industrial projects.
• Knowledge of safety, quality, and health guidelines on job sites.
• Ability to lead and coordinate multiple crews and subcontractors.
• Proficiency with MS Office and MS Project.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage onsite construction as a unified and collaborative team.
• Coordinate day-to-day operations of assigned projects.
• Manage field responsibilities on medium to complex projects and/or manage several smaller project teams simultaneously.
• Collaborate with the PM to create and maintain the project schedule.
• Lead new hire jobsite introductions and training, and assign jobs.
• Attend the close-out meeting to document lessons learned.
• Ensure jobsite remains clean and orderly.
