Job summary

GE Vernova in Greenville, SC seeks an Accessories PDE Services Technical Leader to advance CAD definitions for Gas Turbine accessory systems and to shape team strategy with autonomy.

You will lead technical execution, apply Lean principles, drive continuous improvement, and strengthen team performance while collaborating with design engineering, manufacturing, and cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of Engineering/ CAD experience
  • Bachelor’s or equivalent in Engineering or STEM
  • On-site Greenville, SC residence or relocation readiness
  • Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship

Responsibilities

  • Lead CAD assembly work across Gas Turbine Accessory systems
  • Apply Lean principles and lead PSRs on KPIs
  • Coordinate planning meetings to align priorities
  • Use data to drive performance and communicate risks
  • Mentor team and develop training plans
  • Support PLM transitions and AI-enabled workflows
