Qualifications

• 5+ years of mechanical assembly or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and production docs.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
• Experience mentoring junior team members and sharing knowledge.
• Proficient with hand and power tools used in mechanical assembly.

Responsibilities

• Independently complete complex mechanical assembly work from prints and docs.
• Assemble and install mechanical components and systems per requirements.
• Read blueprints and determine assembly methods and sequence.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot fit, alignment, and installation issues.
• Mentor less-experienced team members and share knowledge.
• Safely operate tools, forklifts, cranes, and related equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized area.
