Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Senior Advanced Engineer - Mechanical Analysis in Phoenix, AZ, hybrid work schedule. You will drive mechanical analysis for Electric Power Generation projects and collaborate with project leadership, customers, and cross-functional teams to ensure performance and reliability.

You will mentor engineers, review designs, and coordinate with suppliers while maintaining compliance with aerospace standards and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industry or related work.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for Electric Power Generation products to satisfy customer, FAA, and internal requirements.
• Lead technical guidance for cooling, rotating components, splines, bearings, and oil cooling flow.
• Review specifications and contribute to compliance matrices and manufacturing drawings.
• Mentor engineers and develop training plans within the group.
• Travel as required to support field, customer interface, or supplier engagement.
