Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking an experienced Mechanic B to maintain production and facility equipment, ensuring reliability and uptime. You will troubleshoot, repair, and service a wide range of mechanical, electrical, and control systems while following safety and cGMP standards.

The role requires 5+ years of maintenance/mfg experience, a Journeyman or technical background, and CMMS knowledge. Shifts are 5:00pm–5:30am with a $2,500 sign-on bonus and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years maintenance experience in installation, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical/electrical equipment.
• 5+ years in manufacturing environment.
• Journeyman or equivalent technical background preferred.
• Working knowledge of CMMS strongly recommended.
• Technical degree or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor associates to follow safety procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for continuous improvement.
• Adhere to SOPs and cGMPs to ensure product quality and safety.
• Clean, lubricate, and inspect machinery; perform basic diagnostics.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs and scheduled maintenance on production equipment.
• Operate and service machines like lathes, mills, drill presses, and welding equipment.
