Nestlé USA is seeking a multi-skilled Electromechanical Technician to safely maintain and optimize mechanical and electrical systems across the manufacturing facility. You will perform preventive/predictive maintenance, drive reliability improvements, and support production performance while adhering to Nestlé safety and quality standards.

The role involves shift work on the 3rd shift, with a starting wage of $35.55/hr plus shift differential and a quarterly bonus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical education or apprenticeship preferred.
• 3+ years journeyman-level experience preferred; minimum 1 year in industrial maintenance.
• Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic/pneumatic and automation troubleshooting.

Responsabilités

• Perform startup activities, review work orders and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, automation and control issues.
• Execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve reliability.
• Utilize SAP and DMOs to document work, enter labor time and track maintenance activities.
• Provide coaching to operators on adjustments, changeovers and basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain maintenance documentation, spare parts data and engineering drawings.
• Ensure safety, quality and housekeeping standards are met.
