Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Technician to support day-to-day manufacturing operations by maintaining and repairing electrical and mechanical equipment. Working alongside experienced technicians, you will troubleshoot, perform preventive maintenance, and contribute to safety, quality, and teamwork on the plant floor.

This 2nd shift role offers a $1.75 shift differential and a $9,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or technical certificate in industrial maintenance or related field plus 3–5 years experience preferred.
• Ability to pass a respirator fit test.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and improve complex equipment integrating electrical, electronic, instrumentation, automation, and mechanical systems.
• Diagnose failures, ensure safe conditions, restore functionality, and report status to leadership.
• Perform preventive, predictive, corrective, and condition-based maintenance to meet safety, quality, and cost goals.
• Participate in parts purchasing, installation, commissioning, and line improvements as assigned.
• Enter data into SAP/Prometheus and close work orders accurately.
