The Neil Jones Food Company is seeking a Mechanic 2nd Class at our Northwest Packing plant in Vancouver, WA. You will repair and maintain machinery including engines, motors, conveyor systems, and production equipment, ensuring minimal downtime during the fresh pack season.

We require 4+ years of related experience with proficiency in multiple systems (instrumentation, mechanical, hydraulics, and more). Company-paid life and AD&D insurance, paid time off, and 401(k) benefits are offered.

Qualificações

• 4+ years verifiable related experience in mechanical maintenance or a similar role.
• Proficiency in two or more of the listed skill areas (instrumentation, mechanical, plumbing, hydraulic/pneumatic, fabrication, boiler work, ammonia systems, pumps, machining).
• Associate degree or technical school certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment at the Northwest Packing plant in Vancouver, WA.
• Dismantle devices to access and repair defective parts; inspect parts for wear and tolerance.
• Read and document daily repairs and work performed; use a computer for ordering supplies and training.
