Qualifications

• 6 months’ experience working in a fresh production department.
• I acknowledge that the position for which I am applying requires me to successfully complete all job required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period if I receive the position.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross functional teams and educate other associates on tools, tasks and resources.
• Process meat according to specifications including cutting, slicing, grinding and wrapping.
• Leverage handheld technology to drive sales, improve shopping experience and product quality.
• Drive profitability and operational excellence, maintain a clean, organized work area and proper packaging and labeling.
• Assist members with purchasing decisions and ensure merchandise is properly stored.
