Job summary

Sam's Club in Southaven, MS is seeking a Senior Meat Cutter to drive sales and deliver high‑quality meat products to members. You will collaborate with teammates to ensure proper labeling, slicing, wrapping and safe handling of products, while maintaining stock and reducing shrinkage.

Responsibilities include using handheld devices to support production decisions, training, and quality checks, and promoting operational excellence and customer service at all times.

Qualifications

• 6 months’ experience in a fresh production department.
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide customer service while maintaining stock and reducing shrinkage.
• Be an Expert: handle meat cutting, slicing, grinding, wrapping and ensure food safety and inventory control.
• Be a Techie: use handheld tools to support production, training and quality checks.
• Be an Owner: drive profitability, maintain high standards, assist customers with purchases and proper packaging.
