Walmart's Sam's Club in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Senior Meat Cutter to lead meat department operations, cut and wrap meat to spec, and help members with buying decisions.

You'll work with the team to maintain in-stock levels, sanitation, and safety standards while using handheld tools and technology to drive sales. The role requires at least 6 months in fresh production and offers benefits and an hourly wage between $20 and $28.

Qualifications

• 6 months’ experience working in a fresh production department.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Be an Expert: Maintains in-depth knowledge of meat products and processes, cutting, slicing, grinding and wrapping per specifications, while upholding food safety and inventory standards.

• Be an Owner: Drives profitability and ensures high-quality meat products, proper packaging, labeling and storage, and reduces waste.
